Customer-driven development and manufacture after order, subject to consultation

Greetings

Starting with customer needs, we seek practical answers through technology.

Welcome to Korea Total Service.

Korea Total Service places customer-driven products and services at the center of its business. Similar soils and odors can require different approaches depending on materials, equipment, working conditions and maintenance. Our starting point is understanding the site.

We aim to develop chemicals around their intended use and contamination, and plan services around site conditions and agreed scope. By connecting research with field service, we seek usable methods and clearly communicate development specifications and validation results.

Our basic policy is manufacture after order, including general-purpose products. Custom orders are discussed after confirming requirements, quantities and feasibility. We consider application methods and maintenance conditions alongside product supply.

We listen to customers and partners at home and abroad and pursue responsible growth that considers technology and the environment. Thank you for your interest in Korea Total Service and BIOCLEAN.

Factory & industrial services

Plan cleaning and surface management for accessible machinery exteriors, equipment surroundings, factory interiors/exteriors, warehouses, façades and floors. Review soil sources, equipment condition, operating schedules and access; agree records and acceptance criteria.

Painting, corrosion control, repairs and epoxy/urethane/polyurea surfaces depend on substrate, moisture, adhesion, cure and reopening conditions. Semiconductor lines and cleanrooms require approved areas, materials and inspection criteria; internal process equipment, disassembly and maintenance are separate scopes.

FDA factory registration does not mean FDA product approval or certification of every product’s safety or efficacy.

These entries refer to the stated acquisition years. Current validity and applicable scope require separate document verification; they do not indicate certification of every product.
