Applications

Hotel carpets, office carpet tiles, fabric sofas and chairs where the manufacturer permits the proposed wet-cleaning process.

Select by stain type

Coffee & tea

Tannin and colour stains can also contain milk and sugar. Blot liquids first, test a suitable treatment, and assess aged staining separately.

Blood spots

Protein-based soil: initially blot with a white cloth dampened with cold water. Do not begin with hot water or steam. Select a compatible protein-soil treatment under its label instructions; follow glove and hygiene procedures.

Pizza, sauce & food

Remove solids, then distinguish grease, tomato pigments and protein. Targeted treatment and residue recovery are preferable to aggressive rubbing.

Body oils & cosmetics

Check dye stability and protective finishes on armrests and cushions. Apply controlled amounts rather than soaking the surface.

BIOCLEAN · CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT

Why choose this product range

Over 25 years of development experience — research continues today

Korea Total Service continues researching products and application processes, drawing on more than 25 years of development experience. Customer requirements are our starting point: we connect soil sources, materials and actual working conditions when developing product specifications.

Product-specific technical priorities

Coffee, blood and food stains require different treatment routes. Pigments, proteins and fats are matched to fiber and dye compatibility, with localized treatment, absorption, recovery and drying designed to manage spreading and residue.

Designed around the soil

We distinguish soil types, depth and sources to discuss specifications for cleaning, removal or protection.

Materials and process together

We assess surface changes, recovery, rinsing, drying and follow-up care alongside cleaning objectives to propose usable field methods.

Custom development and improvement

Manufacture after order is our basic policy, including general-purpose products. Customer requirements and application feedback inform subsequent specifications.

From customer requirements to product specifications

  1. Review photos, materials, contamination, operating conditions and objectives
  2. Select product and process options; discuss samples or spot trials when needed
  3. Manufacture and supply to agreed specifications, with application guidance
  4. Review outcomes and maintenance records to discuss improvements

Final ingredients, instructions, SDS and performance documentation are provided for the agreed product specification. These are development and selection criteria, not quantified guarantees of identical outcomes in every condition.

Top: coffee on carpet. Bottom: blood spot on a fabric sofa. Left = before; right = after. AI-generated fictional examples, not product tests or completed projects; no removal outcome is guaranteed.

Work sequence

  1. Identify fabric, stain age and previous treatments.
  2. Lift solids and blot from the outside inward with a white cloth; do not rub.
  3. Test a hidden area for colour transfer, shrinkage and texture changes.
  4. Apply small amounts according to the confirmed label and SDS; recover with suitable equipment where appropriate.
  5. Recover moisture and cleaning residues; avoid soaking backing or cushion filling.
  6. After complete drying, check rings, wicking, odour, colour and texture.

Compatibility checks

  • Wool, silk, viscose, velvet and natural fibres require separate compatibility assessment.
  • Check upholstery care codes W, S, WS or X and manufacturer instructions. Do not use water-based treatment where prohibited.
  • Do not mix bleach or different chemicals. Permanent dye loss and fibre damage may not be recoverable by cleaning.
  • Spot removal and disinfection are separate performance claims; disinfection is not promised here.
