From customer requirements to product specifications
- Review photos, materials, contamination, operating conditions and objectives
- Select product and process options; discuss samples or spot trials when needed
- Manufacture and supply to agreed specifications, with application guidance
- Review outcomes and maintenance records to discuss improvements
Final ingredients, instructions, SDS and performance documentation are provided for the agreed product specification. These are development and selection criteria, not quantified guarantees of identical outcomes in every condition.

Specific conditions
Test water and oil repellency separately, plus vapor transmission, color and slip changes. Impregnation is not complete waterproofing or acid protection.
Workflow & inspection
- Identify stone, finish, treatments and contamination history.
- Test a discreet area for appearance, gloss and residue.
- Follow finalized labels, SDS and technical data for application and worker protection.
- Reassess after required rinsing and drying before protection or restoration.

Record location, color and depth of staining, gloss, moisture and existing films.
After work
Compare under the same lighting and dry conditions; inspect residue, color, gloss, slip and recurrence.
Supply specifications
Discuss jerrycan, small-pack or gallon packaging by family. Poultices, powders and resins have separate specifications.

- What are the stone, finish and exposure conditions?
- Does the mark disappear when wet and return after drying?
- What acids, waxes, repellents or polishing were previously used?
- Is the goal cleaning, natural appearance, enhanced color or restored gloss?
