Epoxy industrial floor installation & repair · Before / After
AI-generated illustrative comparison. Not an actual project, measured performance or a guaranteed result.

Scope & target areas

01

Concrete production, warehouse, workshop and plant-room floors

02

Localized repairs to worn or delaminated existing epoxy

03

Roller coating, self-smoothing lining and aggregate finishes

04

Traffic zoning; separately designed conductive or dissipative systems where needed

Assessment to handover

Assess → Agree scope → Test → Execute → Inspect → Maintain

  1. Assess existing coating, strength, moisture, leaks, cracks and joints.
  2. Decontaminate and mechanically remove weak layers and loose coating.
  3. Agree repairs, joint details and any moisture-control or primer system.
  4. Test and apply the specified primer/coating or lining to product instructions.
  5. Create agreed texture and lane markings suited to cleaning and traffic.
  6. Verify cure and inspect appearance, thickness and adhesion as agreed.

Inspection & reporting

  • Substrate and environmental condition records
  • System, mixing, area and curing records
  • Pinholes, bubbles, uncured areas and delamination
  • Traffic release, slip considerations and maintenance instructions

Scope & application conditions

  • Epoxy alone does not solve all cracks, leakage or moisture.
  • Structural joints require separate details.
  • Chemical, thermal and load resistance depend on the selected system and exposure.
  • ESD floors require grounding and system testing; ordinary epoxy is not an ESD system.

A material name alone does not define thickness, life or chemical resistance. Specify the selected system for the site.
