Assessment to handover
Assess → Agree scope → Test → Execute → Inspect → Maintain

- Agree shutdown windows; authorized site personnel isolate, lock out and verify stored energy.
- Protect electrical parts, sensors, bearings and excluded product-contact surfaces.
- Remove loose dust and excess oil using suitable dry methods.
- Test a small area; agree chemistry, contact time and water restrictions before localized cleaning.
- Recover residues, check dryness and hand over for customer-led restart approval.
Inspection & reporting
- Matched photographs and a scope/exclusion register
- Residual oil, moisture, discoloration and seal condition
- Waste collection records and recurring contamination sources
- Functional checks and restart authorization by the customer's equipment team
